Did you change, update or install anything before this started? Do you still remember when this started? You may perform a power cycle and see if that will work. Shutdown the laptop, unplug the AC power adapter and all connected devices. Hold the power button for 5 seconds to drain the electricity. Put back everything and test it again. Perform a system restore if the issue is still unresolved.
