Thank you for the update. You can't download the original operating system from Microsoft or Sony website because the version installed in your laptop is an OEM version. You need a VAIO recovery disc to reinstall the system.

For computers running Windows 7 and below:

If an error occurs while creating a recovery disc then probably the recovery disc is corrupted or already deleted. If so, then you may need to purchase one.
