I have encountered same problem
I did as instructed re the reply to this as follows:
suggest you uninstall and reinstall CD/DVD drive.
The CD/DVD driver is operating system generic and can be reinstalled from the Device Manager.
Click on the start menu, and type: devmgmt.msc in the search box and press the enter key to open the Device Manager window.
Expand and right click on the CD/DVD drive category in the Device Manager, and select the uninstall option.
Then, restart the computer to install the default CD/DVD driver automatically from the operating system.
I performed the uninstall and reinstall as instructed but it is still not working.
So I did the troubleshoot on devices and a window popped up informing "Reinstall Device Driver. There is a problem with Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Device. Reinstalling the driver might fix this problem".
I clicked in the option to "Apply Fix" and subsequently a window popped up informing "Trouble Shooting has Completed. Troubleshooting was unable to automatically fix all of the issues found. You can find more details below: Problems Found: Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adaptor has a driver problem. Not fixed."
I haved repeated the Reinstall a few times and get the same result each time.
Any suggestions please as to how I might fix this trouble with Microsoft Teredo Tunnelling Device"?
