It seems that you did install a retail copy of Windows 7 Ultimate on your Sony Vaio VGNFZ160E. This unit comes with Microsoft® Windows Vista® Home Premium and not compatible with Windows Windows 7. Unfortunately, the are no Windows 7 drivers for this unit.
