The SVS151C1GL is the chassis number of the computer. You may check the exact model by going to Vaio Care desktop.
Make sure that all the drivers and software are up to date. Are you still using the original battery? Do you see any 'x' mark on the battery icon located on the right corner of the taskbar? Any change that happened prior to the issue?
