I followed all instructions (uninstall and reinstall CD/DVD drive, restart computer) and it is still not recognising any CD/DVD. I tried cleaning the lens with proper lens-cleaner. Still no response.

My laptop VAIO Product Number is: SVE1712Q1EW.
