You should be able to make a clean installation of Windows 10 with your Windows 7 product (licence) key, which you already got with your Vaio. Normally the MS activation Server should activate the product (Windows 10) after connecting the Vaio to the internet. The free upgrade period is over but many sources tell that an "upgrade" via clean installation (Media creation tool) is still possible. Be sure to choose the correct edition of Windows 10. If you got a Windows 7 home licence with your Vaio, you have to choose Windows 10 Home, not Pro. If you choose the wrong edition, your Windows 10 licence will not be activated.
By the way, not all Vaio software is bloatware. You need some of the packages to get full functionality of your Vaio.
