Yes, these models are probably the same. Usually, the last letter is the color of the unit, like Black. We recommend downloading and installing the drivers and software for your laptop via Sony support website.
SVD11215CGB or SVD11215CG are both non-U.S. models and we do not have the compatible drivers and software.
