Your BIOS has been corrupted. The same happened to me yesterday. Apart from the "******" responses floating around remove the battery try recovery etc, etc you have 3 options:
1. Dump the laptop
2. Get a new motherboard
3. Find new bios flash eprom chip and have someone remove the old one and solder the new. Since it's an SMD part most likely you won't be able to do it.
I went for option #3. I ordered a replacement bios from Taiwan.
For me the reason (most likely) that the Bios corrupted was I had my Garmin Edge still attached to the laptop. it appears as removable storage. If you had any extrernal devices attached to it it may have caused the same effect.
Vaio fit is an economy laptop series and does not offer emergency bios recovery option.
