The laptop's name/model is - "svF1521ASNB". I didn't receive recovery disc at the time of purchase
The original hard disk, was replaced few months back. We couldn't back up any system file from the hard disk. Now, with the new hard disk, assist wont roll back the settings to factory deafult OS (Win8). Upon pressing it popped few options, i can remmember the option to load new OS using DVD/HD. I was able to change the boot sequrnce, however, the assist menu keeps poping up half way through installation.
I am looking for,
1. how to del/restore assist function.
If, unable to restore assist.
1. how to del assist function.
2.procedure to - install/uninstall OS without assist.
