The whole ordeal is quite convoluted and has been going on for quite some time. I've had several ticket #I had already brought a case reguaurding this with Tatiana R. and the matter was dealt with in an (for lack of a better word) absurdly neglegent manner. I tried serveral times to reach Tatiana after the debacle with Sutherland Global Services but when I finally got a email through it was replied with a short responce that said she no longer worked at Sony followed with an email address as a suggested means to send my responce. I sent two emails to the address she provided but haven't recieved any feedback. I've also tryed emailing several other Sony Reps and Corporate Officials both at Sutherland and Sony with the same results and suspect my emails may be getting blocked as many of my posts here have been along with intermittedly being completely blocked from accessing whole sections of the Sony website at times. I promise I'm not a trouble causing type of person, I've been very patient and polite throughtout this whole ordeal. The whole thing is astoundily hard to believe it could have happened, but again I promise that, as difficult as it may be to believe, everything I will tell you actually did happen. If you can't reach me here today, please call me at the 720 # I sent in my first responce I would actually perfer and appreciate an actual phone call because I have to use my iphone to correspond and it can be quite time consuming.
